Answers to the questions couples ask most, and how to reach us.

Moving to a new phone

In Settings, make a backup: one file with all your plans and photos. Copy it to the new phone (by e-mail to yourself, a cable, or a cloud folder you trust), install Marrier there and choose "Restore from backup". Restoring replaces whatever is on the new phone with the file's contents.

Planning together

Marrier has no accounts and never goes online, so it does not sync between phones. Choose one phone for your wedding and plan on it together, and send your partner what they need as a PDF: the seating chart, the day-of timeline, the who-to-call list or the rooming list. If you both want a full copy, make a backup and restore it on the second phone; the two copies then go their own ways.

Reminders do not arrive

Android may ask whether Marrier can send notifications; allow it in your phone's settings if you said no. Some phones also stop apps in the background to save battery: if reminders come late, allow Marrier to run without battery restrictions.

Adding guests from contacts

When you choose to add guests from contacts, Android asks for permission. Marrier reads your contacts on the phone only and keeps just the people you pick. If you refused and changed your mind, allow Contacts for Marrier in your phone's app settings.

Sharing lists with your caterer, venue or family

Seating, rooming and bus lists, the diet sheet and the keepsake can be shared as a PDF or a CSV file. Marrier opens Android's share sheet and you choose where the file goes.

Refunds

Marrier is sold through Google Play, which handles refunds under its own policy. Request one from your Google Play order history.
